Adventure
Adventure motorcycle influencers and content creators.
Riders who load their bike, follow a GPS track and put your product through weeks of road and gravel. Routes open to traffic, full gear, a signed contract.
Formats
What they film.
- Long-term test
- A bike, a pannier or a dual-purpose tyre followed for weeks on road and track: first impressions, interim report, verdict.
- Navigation tutorial
- Plotting a loop, loading the track, reading a roadbook: the screen shown while stopped, then in use.
- Preparing the bike
- Bash plate, crash bars, hand guards, tyres: the bike kitted out part by part before a trip.
- Loading and luggage
- Hard or soft: what fits, what stays dry in a storm, what survives when the bike goes down.
What to require
What your brief should demand.
- A test that lasts
- Weeks of road and track, with checkpoints set in the brief. A verdict out of the box says nothing about wear.
- Open routes, checked before filming
- No published track leaves them, not even for one section.
- Full gear
- Helmet, gloves, boots and protection on every riding shot, tracks included.
- A bike loaded for real
- Luggage is judged full, on the track and in the rain, not in a studio.
Who invests
The brands that work with them.
- Adventure bike makers
- Launches, road or off-road versions, loan bikes for a long-term test.
- Luggage
- Hard panniers, soft bags, dry bags, racks and mounts.
- Bike protection
- Bash plates, crash bars, hand guards, side-stand feet.
- Navigation and communication
- GPS units, route apps, intercoms, satellite messengers for areas without signal.
Questions
Your questions.
Can a creator publish their GPS tracks?
Yes, if every section is open to motor vehicles, forest tracks included. Others will follow a shared track. If a section is in doubt, the creator removes it or swaps it for the road.
Large or mid-size adventure bike?
The one your product is designed for. The large adventure bike is built for long, loaded stages, often two-up; the mid-size, lighter, for when the track gets rough. Name the bike in the brief and ask for past content filmed on that type of machine.
