The framework
What the contract guarantees you.
The rules below are written into the brand contract. Several are enforced by the platform itself.
- Approval before publication
- Every piece of content reaches you as a private link first.
- One revision included
- A change request must follow the brief. Further rounds go through Guydon.
- Usage rights
- Twelve months on your own organic channels, with the creator credited. Paid advertising is an option.
- A replacement if needed
- A creator who cannot deliver is replaced by an equivalent profile.
- The disclosure
- Every piece carries the commercial collaboration label required by French law.

Can we work in English?
Yes, for the brief and every exchange with Guydon. The content itself is published in French, for the creator’s audience.
How is the price set?
One firm price per creator, all included, given in the quote before you sign. The creator’s fee is never shown separately.
Which law applies?
The contracts are under French law, and Guydon acts as an influencer agent under the French law of 9 June 2023.
